Privacy policy

We collect what you give us (name, phone, email, your property requirement) and what happens in our service (WhatsApp messages, site visits). We use it only to help you buy, sell or rent property.

WhatsApp alerts about new properties are sent only if you opt in, and you can stop them any time from your account or by replying STOP.

Photos from a site visit are shared with the seller only with your agreement. Your phone number is never shared with sellers.

Cookies: we set the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and one that remembers your cookie choice. If you choose "Accept", we also note which homes you look at while signed in, to suggest better matches; "Only necessary" keeps this off and forgets what was noted; you can change your choice any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. There is no advertising and nothing is shared with other companies.

How long we keep things: sign-in codes for a day, the text of automatic WhatsApp notices for six months, the homes you looked at for 90 days, visit photos for a year after the visit. Your chat with us, enquiries and sale records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or as the law requires.

Your rights: you can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted by messaging us on WhatsApp or using the contact page. Records of completed sales, including the sale documents, are kept as the law requires; your name, phone, email and messages are removed.
